You will need my supplies here or some of your own

Open a new canvas 400x400

Have the foreground material box on black and the background box on null.

Go to preset shape-symmetric shapes as screenshot

Objects-align-centre in canvas

Layers-convert to raster layer.

Effects-distortion effects-twirl-180 degrees.

Selections-select all-selections float-effects drop shadow 2-2-80-5 black

Selections-select none.

Click on the bottom blank layer and flood fill with a colour of your choice to match
the tube you are using.

Effects-texture effects-weave. Settings as in the screenshot

Image-add border-symmetric-size2 black

Image canvas size-500x 500

Click with magic wand on new canvas edge. Flood fill with pattern of the tag so
far-angle 47 scale 10

Effects -art media effects-brush strokes on default setting

Adjust -sharpness-sharpen-adjust sharpness-sharpen more.

Selections-select none.

Add a size 2 black border as before.

Image-resize-85%-maintain original print size checked-and chose bicubic setting

Adjust-brightness and contrast-clarify setting 2.00

Copy and paste the tube as new layer-arrange to the left and add the drop shadow
you used before

Add any embellishments you like to finish off the tag.

Layers -merge all and flatten

Resize to suit you and add your Text.
