Blue Haze

You will need a tube

Open a new transparent canvas 500x400

In your material palette have the foreground box in a colour of your choice from the tube.

Flood fill the canvas with this colour

Effects-illumination effects-sunburst-default setting

Effects-Distortion effects-ripple-settings as in screen shot

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer onto the canvas and arrange to right hand side as you wish. All of the tube wont fit but I think it looks better that way so I didn't resize

Layers merge visible

Add a new layer for your text--try to keep this muted by choosing a pale colour for the foreground and your original colour that you chose for the canvas flood fill, in the background box

The font I used was Coventry Garden on size 72

Layers merge visible

Resize the tag as you wish

I resized 85% on bicubic setting then repeated the action-to do this go to edit-repeat resize

Image-canvas size-(if you have resized as I did ) the settings are 411 and 339 if you you resized differently add 50 onto both the width and the height that appear in the original dimensions box at the top of the pop-up-for the new canvas size

With magic wand on the settings in the screenshot-select the bare canvas around the tag

Flood fill this selection with white. Keep selection and effects-3d effects-cut out on the default setting.

Selections-select none

Add a new layer and flood fill with a darker colour from the tube -layers arrange-send to the bottom to fill in the gaps left when you did the cutout

Image-add border-size 5-colour of your choice.

Resize again if you wish then add a new layer for your watermark and any copyright information if you didn't use my tube. If you need to add my info it is chrissie but it isn't necessary.

That's the tutorial finished I hope that you enjoyed doing it.
