You will need some tubes similar to mine

Open a transparent canvas 500 x 500

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer onto the canvas

Effects -distortion effects-ripple-small waves left preset.

Repeat this effect once more.

Effects-reflection effects -pattern-default setting

Effects Artistic effects-enamel--custom 6 preset or if you haven't got that the settings are Blur 50 Detail 100 Density 128 Angle 225 and colour white

Copy and paste the tube again and place to the right at the bottom.

Add a drop shadow of your choosing-I used horizontal and vertical minus 2-opacity 50 -blur 5.00 and colour black

Copy and paste the quote and arrange to the top of the canvas then add the same drop shadow

Layers -merge visible

Effects-3d effects-buttonise-default setting

Image resize-smart size-maintain original print size.

Adjust-sharpness-unsharp mask-settings- radius 1- strength 50 -clipping 5

Image-canvas size-475x475

Add a new layer for your text-I used Cookie regular font size 48 for mine the rotated it right 45-arrange so that it is just on the blank canvas at the side and the bottom.

When you are happy with the tag -layers merge all and flatten-resize again as before and adjust the sharpness in the same way as before.
