You need a piece of A4 card

Score a line 3 inches from the bottom

Measure in 1.5 inches from either edge above the score line you just made then cut out the pieces  as in the the picture

Fold in the sides at the bottom

Then stick them down to make the pocket

Score a line 3.5 inches from the top of the paper and fold it over. If you want to make a pattern on the edges now is the time to do it. I used fancy scissors but you could just cut the corners off if you like or leave them plain and decorate with some peel off corners or die cuts.

The card is 5 inches by 5inches and can be made to match the folder just slip it into the pocket that you made.

That's it all finished once you have added what you want to add to it all.
