You will need a tube of a person standing up

 Open a new canvas 400 x 500

 Flood fill the canvas with a colour to match your tube

With the same colour still in the foreground box and a pattern to match in the background box of the material palette.

 Preset shape on rectangle-draw a rectangle at the left-hand side of the canvas

 Add a new layer and with a preset shape of your choice draw a shape half on the patterned rectangle

and half on the canvas

 Duplicate this layer until you have enough shapes to go the whole length of the side of the rectangle-arrange as you wish.

 Copy and paste the tube as new layer-resize this layer until your tube fits the canvas top and bottom

 Adjust-hue and saturation-colourise-change the colour to match the background canvas colour then

reduce the opacity of the layer to 60%

 Now copy and paste the tube again and arrange the layers as you wish.

 Layers- merge visible and add a frame or border of your choice.

 Resize to your liking then add a new layer for your watermark and any text.
