You will need my tube
here or one of your
own
The hot pink
gradient
here-add
this to your gradient folder
0pen a new canvas 500 x
500
Click on the foreground
box-gradient -hot pink-angle 0-repeats
3-chose the style gradient and place that
in the foreground box
Flood fill the canvas with
this gradient.
Effects
-texture-fur-fuzzy wuzzy if you have it -if not
the settings are Blur 12 Density 100 length 4
and transparency 59
To this add picture frame
-edge design 02 or one of your choosing
Copy
and paste the tube and arrange so that it is
over the edge of the frame at the top right hand
corner
Layer duplicate and image
mirror-arrange this at the bottom left corner
Layers
merge visible
Add a small
border to finish the edge
Add a new layer for your
text and watermark
Merge layers and resize
as you wish.
That's your tag done--I
