You will need a face tube

Xenofex 1 or Xenofex 2 filter

A script font of your choice I used Miss Gates

Open a new canvas 400 x 500

Flood fill the canvas with a colour of your choice

Effects-plug-ins-Xenofex 1-stain-edge width 22 -irregularity 41 internal opacity 19-stain colour Dark brown-100%

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer

Add a new layer for your text and your watermark.

Layers merge visible.

Minimise for later

Open a new canvas 300x400

Image-add border-size 5-colour one of your choice to match the tube

With magic wand-select this border and effects-3D effects- add an inner bevel on default setting

Select None

Image add border -size 25 in another colour from your tube.

Select this border with your magic wand-adjust-add/remove noise-add noise-default setting

Effects-distortion effects-punch-default setting.

Select none

Image add border same size and colour as last border

Select with magic wand-tolerance 32 so that some of the last border is also selected.

Effects-3D -cut out-default setting

Select none

Image-add border-size 5-a dark colour of your choice-select this border with your magic wand and add an inner bevel on default setting as before.

Select none.

Layers-promote background layer.

With magic wand click in the white middle of the frame-click on delete button.

Select none

File-export-picture frame-name as you wish and save

Maximise your tag that you made before then Image-picture frame-look for the frame you just exported-settings-frame canvas-frame outside of image-ok

Layers merge visible and resize as you wish. I always only resize 85% at a time and adjust sharpness-unsharp mask as it seems to keep the clarity of the tag.
