Background tile or tag

You will need my tube here or one of your own

Open a new canvas 500 x500

Add one of the colours from your tube to the foreground of the layers palette and flood fill the canvas with this colour

Effects-texture-texture-default setting.

Click on tube

Edit-Copy and edit-paste the tube as a new layer onto the canvas

Effects-edge effects-dilate. Reduce the opacity of this layer to 50.

Effects-image effects-seamless tiling on default setting.

Copy and paste the tube again as a new layer -image mirror

Effects -3D effects-drop shadow on default setting

Layers-duplicate but highlight the non copied layer in the layer palette.

Effects-image effects-seamless tiling-default setting.

Layer merge visible.

You could save this as a background tile if you resize at this stage.

To make the tag-image-add border-size 5 in a dark colour to match the tag

Image add border in a different colour -size 25-click on this border with magic wand to select.

Effects-artistic effects-contours on default setting. Add an inner bevel of your choice.

Image -add border-size 5 in the same colour as the other size 5 border.

Resize the tag as you wish then add a new layer for text and watermark.
