You will need a tube about the same size as the one I used

Mine Is 377 x 445 and is taken from a photo of my daughter and her best friend.

Open a new transparent canvas 500 x500

Copy and paste the tube onto the canvas

Effects-artistic effects-chrome-default setting

Effects-image effects-off set on default setting

Click on the black edge with your magic wand and flood fill with a colour to match your tube

Select none.

Effects 3d-drop shadow-default setting

Repeat the drop shadow but change the H and V to minus -10

Layer duplicate and resize this layer only 85%

Adjust-hue and saturation-colorize-change to a colour of your choice to match your tube.

Add a new layer and flood fill with white-layers arrange-send to the bottom

On original tube-resize 85%.

Copy and paste as a new layer onto the canvas and arrange as you wish with this layer at the top.

Layers merge visible

Resize as you wish

Add a new layer for any text you may wish to add.

Layers merge visible again.

That's it finished.
