Black and White

You will need a black and white tube or you can use mine here.

Open new transparent canvas 500 x 500

In your material palette have black in one box and white in the other box.

Preset shapes on round cornered rectangle-draw rectangles on the canvas-keep changing the black and the white to the different boxes in the material palette. Overlap the  rectangles here and there until you have as many as you want for a background. Make sure you leave room around the rectangles for the blur as in the screen shot.

Adjust-blur-motion blur- double vision preset or if you haven't got that the settings are Angle 270 and strength 100

Add a new layer and flood fill with either black or white the choice is yours. Layers arrange -send to the bottom

Layers merge visible. If you have used a black background then add one of the edge picture frames.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer. Layers -merge visible.

Resize as you wish.

Adjust- sharpness-sharpen

Add a new layer for your text-watermark and any artists information.

Layers -merge visible

That's the tutorial finished. I do hope that you enjoyed it.
