You will need a tube mine is here if you want to use it

Open a new transparent canvas 450x 300

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer

Duplicate the tube layer and -image mirror

Arrange the two heads back to back so that the tubes don't touch the side of the canvas

Layers merge visible

Effects-image effects-seamless tiling-default setting

Effects-texture effects-blinds-setting-width 2- opacity 20 -colour white-horizontal checked and light form top checked.

Adjust-add/remove noise-add noise-uniform 10% monochrome

Reduce the opacity of this layer to 70

Add a new layer and flood fill with #c9b3b4 or a colour of your choice

Add the blind effect again but uncheck the horizontal box.

Layers arrange -send to the bottom

Layers -merge visible

Adjust -sharpness -sharpen more.

Paste the tube again as a new layer and arrange as you wish add a drop shadow with default settings but change the colour to the one you used for the background layer

Add a new layer and use a brush or your text tool to type out any words you like

Then add a new layer for your main text.

Image-add border -size 2 -colour black
