Blinds
You will need a tube similar to mine
Open a new transparent canvas 500x500
Add new layer and work on this new layer.
Have black colour in your foreground box of the material palette and
paintbrush tool on size 3-blend normal
Click once into a corner of the canvas-hold down the shift key and click
in the opposite corner. This will make 2 triangles by dividing the
canvas.

Now click once with the paintbrush anywhere
on the outside edge of the canvas and on the dividing line. Do this
a few time until you have an interesting background grid.
Click with you magic wand in one of the segments and flood fill with
a colour or gradient to match your tube.
Effects-textures-blinds-width 4 opacity 30 colour white and no
horizontal or vertical.
Select none.
With magic wand select another segment and flood fill with the
colour or gradient you used before.
Effects -texture-blinds-change the setting a bit and see what you
can come up with. Keep repeating the selection-flood
fill-effect-blinds until all the shapes are filled.
As in screenshot.

Layers merge Visible.
Effects -reflection effects-kaleidoscope with the setting in the
screenshot

Selections-selections modify-select selection borders. Settings
-inside and 40
Effects-3D-inner bevel of your choice.
Select none.
Image-resize-85-with maintain original print size checked and
bilinear setting.
Copy and paste the tube as a new layer onto the tag and arrange so
that it fits resting on the frame at the bottom.
Effects-3D drop shadow-default setting but change the vertical to
minus -10 instead of 10.
With eraser tool carefully remove any of the drop shadow that has
gone onto the frame.
Add a new layer for any text-watermark and artists information.
If you used my tube you don't need to add any artist © because it is
my own creation.
Layers merge visible.
That's you tag finished. I hope you enjoyed making it.
