Blue Moon
You will need a tube similar in size to mine about 440x410 mine
Open a new transparent canvas 500x 500
With selection tool on circle draw a circle almost as big as your
canvas but not touching the edges of the canvas
Still keep selections
Add a new layer
Flood fill this with a colour from your tube.
Chose a dark shade of the same colour
With paintbrush on round 50 setting paint and paint squiggles here
and there inside the circle
Adjust-blur-Gaussian blur-radius 20
Reduce the opacity of this layer to 70 then -layers -merge visible
Selections-select all
Selections float.
Selections modify-contract by 20
Selections invert -Adjust- blur-Gaussian blur as before.
Select none
Reduce the opacity layer to 90
Duplicate this layer and resize this duplicate layer only by 75 %
Effects illumination effects -sunburst on default setting.
Arrange this layer to the top left of your canvas
Add a new layer and flood fill with a dark colour to represent the
night time sky.
Add a few stars to this if you wish-I used the white sparkle which I
have in my tubes and I changed the size a couple of time.
When you are happy-layers arrange send to the bottom
Layers- merge visible
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer and arrange as you wish.
Layers merge visible and resize to suit you
Image -add border-size 20 -white
Select this border with your magic wand and fill with a pale colour
from your tag.
Keep the selections and effects-reflection
effects-kaleidoscope-settings as in the screen shot
The horizontal offset is 4 it doesn't show up too
well on this screenshot

Add an inner bevel of your choice mine is the one
in the screenshot

Resize again if you wish-adjust sharpness -sharpen if it needs it-
then add a new layer for your text
Layers -merge visible
That's the tutorial finished.
I hope that you enjoyed doing it
