Boots

You will need a boots tube -mine is here-this tube is one from Noeska and she is happy for her tubes to be used freely without any copyright

Also you will need my flower tube here which will be used as your canvas for the tube

Open the flower tube and duplicate-minimise the copy for now-also minimise the boots tube for later.

On the flower tube-effects-distortion effects-wave-default setting.

 Effects-image effects -seamless tiling.

Effects-texture-mosaic antique

Settings-columns 25-rows 25-symmetric ticked-tile diffusion 100-grout width 0-grout diffusion 0

Reduce the opacity of this layer to 70.

 Layers -merge all and flatten.

Maximise the flower tube

Click canvas you are working on- image -add border- chose a colour from the flower tube and make a border size 5 and in that colour.

Copy and paste the flower tube as a new layer-effects-3D-drop shadow-default setting.

Layers merge visible.

Image-canvas size-change to 324x417

With magic wand click on transparent part of canvas and flood fill with another colour from your flower tube.

Select none

Add another border as before in the colour that you used for the last border

Copy and paste the boots as a new layer-arrange to the right of the canvas-duplicate this layer and click on the non copied layer in the layers palette.

Effects-artistic effects-hot wax coating.

 Add a default drop shadow

Layers merge Visible

Add a new layer for your text-watermark and any copyright if it is required

Merge layers again and that's the tutorial finished. I hope that you enjoyed it.
