You will need my mask and my tube here or a tube of your choice

Open a new transparent canvas 500 x 500

Flood fill the canvas with a gradient or colour of you choice

Add a new layer and flood fill this layer with black.

Layers -new mask layer from image-look for the skyscraper image-in the drop down menu -then click on ok.

Layers -merge group.

Add a drop shadow -the settings can be default but change the horizontal and vertical to 1 and minus-1

Click on the bottom layer which should be the coloured layer.

Effects-illumination effects-sunburst-default setting but change the colour to black.

 Adjust-sharpness -sharpen more.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer and arrange as you wish-add the drop shadow you used before on the skyscrapers.

Add a border -size 5 and a colour from your canvas

Add any text you like and that's the tutorial finished
