Cow Tag   This tutorial was written in PSP 9 but should have almost the same results using PSP 8   You will need my tube here or one of your own  VM Distortion Filters   Open a new canvas 500 x 500 transparent   Copy and paste you tube as a new layer   Effects-plug-ins-VM distortion-smallpox-all settings on 150  VM Distortion-tumbler-all settings 128 Repeat the tumbler effect   VM Distortion-mosaic ripple-both settings on 24   Copy and paste your tube again and arrange to the right hand side with the filter effect layer just behind it.  In your material palette select two colours from your tube or other colours if you prefer.  Add a new layer for each shape  With your preset tool select a shape to dot here and there.   When you are happy with the arrangement merge layers visible.  Add a new layer and floodfill with a colour of your choice-layers arrange-send to bottom.  Merge all layers and crop the image as you would like it. I use my selection tool to do this and then edit-copy and paste as a new image  Now with your selection tool on rectangle draw a square inside your tag-to this add a default inner bevel. Or an inner bevel of your choice.   Image -add border-size 5 and in a dark colour.   Resize as you wish then add a new layer for your watermark and Text.  If you have used a copyright tube don't forget to add any artists information.  That's it done --I hope you enjoyed the tutorial.   written by Chrissie October 2004
