will need a tube of your choice

Toolbox-Rotatile
Supplies -tube-silver and Dingbats
here
Open
a new canvas 500 x 500 transparent
Set
your material palette with silver pattern- angle
0 scale 100- in background and black in
foreground
Now
text tool-crop circles dingbats size 200 and
stroke width 1-type in a small e-add a drop
shadow on default setting. Adjust-
sharpness-sharpen-Adjust- sharpness -sharpen
more.
Centre this image then -effects -plug-ins VM
Toolbox-rotatile-settings Size 63 rotation 0
Zoom 207 X anchor 92 Y anchor 6
Set
materials palette to colours of your choice and
then go to text tool and the Crop circles
dingbats size 400
Type
in capital H-add an inner bevel on the groove
preset if you have it otherwise add one of your
choice.
Copy
and paste the tube as a new layer onto your
canvas--arrange as you wish.
Then
merge layers visible.
Add a
new layer and flood fill with a colour of your
choice-I chose one of the fading gradients as I
didn't want it to be too dark.
Layers-send to the bottom.
Layers merge all and flatten
Add a border or frame of your choice.
Resize as you wish.
Add a new layer for your text, watermark and any
artists information that may be required.
Merge all layers.
