Film Frame
You will need
PSP X though other versions of PSP may give the same results with
this tutorial
A face tube
Open a new transparent canvas 500 x 500-flood fill this canvas with
a gradient to match your tube
Image-picture frame-look for the frame called 'film'-settings-frame
current layer and frame outside of image
With magic wand select the small rectangles on the top and bottom of
the frame-to select all at the same time hold down the shift key
while you are selecting.
Selections-modify-expand by 1. Flood fill with a darker colour to
match your tube. Keep selected.
Effects-3D effects-chisel size 90-transparent ticked and chose a
light colour to match the gradient you used earlier.
Select none and layers -merge visible
Image-resize-60%-maintain original print size and weighted average
setting
Copy and paste the tube as a new layer and arrange on the gradient
bottom line if you used my tube-arrange as you wish if you used one
of your own.
Layer duplicate-effects-distortion effects -ripple. Settings for
this are Horizontal 80 -Vertical 50- Amplitude 70 -Wavelength 10-
edge mode repeat
Adjust -sharpness -sharpen. If your tube was a dull one repeat this
action.
Now arrange this layer to
the right hand side of the canvas so that the left edge of the
gradient shows.
Layers arrange-move down.
Image-add border-size 5- in
a colour of your choice
Add a new layer for any text you might like to add to the tag. When
you happy layers merge all and flatten and resize as you like.
That's the tutorial finished-I hope that you enjoyed doing it
