Flowers and Stars

You will need a face tube of your own or the one I used here my tube was made by Noeska and she has allowed her tubes to be used for my tutorials and for you to use as well.

The flower tube which is here and is one of my own from a photograph I took

The shapes are here if you haven't got them

Open a new transparent canvas 500x 500

Flood fill the canvas with a colour of choice from the flower tube

Effects-texture-blinds settings -width 3- Opacity 100-tick horizontal and chose another contrasting colour from your flower tube

Adjust-sharpness-sharpen-adjust-sharpness-sharpen

Add a new layer

Preset shape tool-starburst 2 shape

Null in foreground box of material palette and black in the background box.

Draw the shape just over a quarter of the canvas size

Add a new layer and null out the background box and add a gold pattern to the foreground.

Draw another of the star shapes inside the black one.

Arrange these layers with the gold layer inside the black and both to the top right of the canvas

Hide raster layer 1 then merge layers visible

Duplicate this merged layer and arrange at the bottom left hand corner

Copy and paste the flower tube as a new layer -image mirror

Copy and paste your face tube as a new layer.

Click on your flower and duplicate that layer then highlight it in the layer palette and drag it to the top of the layers-or go to layers arrange send to the top.

Unhide your bottom layer.

Now arrange all the layers until you are happy with your tag.

When you are happy -layers merge visible-resize to suit you.

Add a new layer for your text, watermark and any artists information. If you use my tube you don't need to add any copyright info as Noeska gives her work freely.

Layers -merge visible. Add a border or frame of your choice.

The script for the Venus-bag frame is here extract this to your scripts restricted in PSP.

I have written a tutorial on how to use scripts here.
