You will need my tube

I made it from some of Kel's wonderful flowers
which you will find
here
Open a new transparent canvas 500x 500
Chose a colour from the tube and add this to the stroke box in the
material palette
Flood fill the canvas with this colour.
Effects-3d effects-buttonize -default setting
Effects-artistic
effects-contours-settings-luminance 25-blur 18-detail 15-intensity

Chose a colour that will show up on your canvas
colour.
Darker if your canvas is light-lighter if your
canvas is dark.
With magic wand-tolerance setting on 10-click in the middle of the
canvas to select the plain rectangle
Effects-texture-fine leather-default setting.
Add a default drop shadow then select none.
With the preset tool on rectangle and your original colour in the
fill box of the material palette, have the stroke on nulL and draw
out a rectangle to the left of the canvas as in my finished tag.
Layers-convert to raster layer
Effects-3d-inner bevel-setting-default
Effects-artistic effects-contours-settings as before
Add your text on a new layer-to add it to the rectangle on the
left-image-rotate-that layer only- left 90
Copy and paste the tube as a new layer and arrange as you wish
Add a default drop shadow.
Layer duplicate-image resize 30%-arrange at the bottom right corner
of the tag.
Layers- merge visible and resize as you wish
Adjust-brightness and contrast-clarify-setting on 5

I hope that you enjoyed doing it
