Message Board Card

For this card you need a card blank, some rubber bands and a strong piece of card that fits onto your card blank.

Cover the strong card with whatever you like as a background. Then thread on rubber bands first horizontally then vertically. As many or as few as you wish. Stick this onto your card blank then add whatever you like to the message board by clipping them under the rubber bands. Decorate as you wish and that's it finished.
