Open a new transparent canvas 400 x 300
In your stroke box on the material palette add a dark pattern of
your choice-flood fill the canvas with the pattern
Copy and paste the flower tube as a new layer-arrange to the top
left of the canvas.-layers merge visible.
Effects-image effects-seamless tiling-the ghost mirror preset. If
you haven't got the preset follow the settings in the screenshot

Duplicate the layer. With mover tool (pick tool in PSPX) move this
layer to the left about a third of the way along canvas
Effects 3d-drop shadow-settings Horizontal and Vertical 2 -opacity
50-blur 5 and colour white. Make sure that your layers are lined up
on the canvas the white shadow helps you to do this
Duplicate this layer and work on it - hide the other two for the
time being.
Copy and paste the face tube as a new layer-arrange to the pattern
on this layer then layers- merge visible
Unhide the other layers and move the face layer along to the left
about two thirds of the canvas. Add the drop shadow again as before
so that this line shows up more than the first line. Make sure it is
lined up again as before.
Layers merge visible.
Go back to your flower tube and layer duplicate-image mirror-layers
-merge visible. Reduce the opacity to 40%.
Copy and paste this new version of the flower tube as a new layer
onto your canvas and arrange to the right.
Layers merge -visible.
Image-add border-size 20 symmetric-colour white. Click on this
border with your magic wand to select it.
In your stroke box on the material palette look for the flower in
the patterns and have the settings angle 0 -scale 20 and flood fill
the border with this.
Effects-3d-chisel-default setting but change the colour to #fbcdb3
Image -add border-size2 and a dark colour from the tag.
Now add a new layer for any text that you may like to add.
Layers -merge visible and resize as you wish. Adjust -sharpness
-sharpen.
