You will need a tube almost 500x500
Open a new transparent canvas 500x500
Add new layer and flood fill with white
Copy and paste the tube onto the canvas as a new layer
Effects-Photo Effects-Black and White Film-default setting
With your smudge brush--find this under the paintbrush tool on the
toolbar-preset medium coarse-setting default for brush and size
Pull the smudges outwards from the tube as in the screenshot

Effects-reflection effects-kaleidoscope-default setting. Yours may
look different as it depends on your tube and your smudging make
sure you have some that are quite long
Hide the raster layer 1 and click on one of the others layers and
layers-merge visible
Resize this layer by 60% then duplicate this resized layer.
Arrange the two diagonally on the canvas with a space all around the
shape as we are going to add a chisel effect.
Layers merge visible
Effects-3d-chisel-default setting.
Copy and paste the tube as a new image and resize this layer by 85%
Position on a level with the bottom line of the shape
Unhide the bottom layer and bring it to top of the layer palette
Add any text and watermark that you may like to--I used the font
MandarinD for mine. Leave room at the bottom to add a default drop
shadow to the text
Layers merge all and flatten-resize as you wish-adjust -sharpness-sharpen.
That's the tutorial finished-I do hope that you enjoyed it.
