You will need my tubes here

Open a new transparent canvas 500x 500

Selections -select all

Click on rose tube and edit-copy-click on the canvas and edit -paste into selection.

Select none

Add a new layer

With paintbrush tool on default round size 10 setting and colour white-roughly paint along all the edges of the petals-

they show almost white on the picture.

Do it as the screenshot if you like or your own way if you would like your tag to look different.

Effects -distortion effects-ripple. Settings-Horizontal 90-Vertical 50-Amplitude 100-Wavelength 1-colour black.

Reduce the opacity of this layer to 50

Copy and paste the pirate as a new layer and move him in between the other two layers.

Layers -merge visible.

Image -Resize 80%

Add a new layer.

With selection tool on rectangle-draw a long rectangle to the left of the pirate tube .

Flood fill this with a colour of your choice then reduce the opacity to 40%.

Select none.

Duplicate this layer and -image -mirror.

Layers -merge visible.

Image-add border-size 5 -white.

Image -add border-size 30-black

Select the black border with your magic wand

With clone tool on default setting for size 50 round

Slowly fill the selected border with different parts of the picture on the canvas.

 Don't have any of the white border and go to different parts of the picture to make it look better.

While still selected -effects-3d-drop shadow on default setting-repeat this drop shadow but change the Horizontal and vertical to -10

When you are happy -select none then add a size 5 black border.

Image -resize 80%

Click on the rose tube and resize it 25%

Copy and paste it as a new layer

  Add a drop shadow-settings H an V 2- Opacity 50 and blur 5 -colour black.

 Arrange in the top left hand corner inside the black border.

Layer duplicate-image mirror.

Layer -duplicate-image -flip

Layer -duplicate-image -mirror.

Layers-merge visible.

Add a new layer for your text.
