You will need a tube of your won and my mask and mask here

Open a new transparent canvas 500x500

Flood fill with a bright colour. Add a new layer and flood fill with black.

Layers-new mask layer-from image-look for the sinedots mask-check source luminance and have invert unchecked.

In layer palette-right click on mask layer and delete-tick yes in pop up box.

Hide bottom raster layer-right click on one of the other layers in the layer palette and -layers -merge-merge group

Click on this layer and layers -duplicate.

Unhide raster layer

Layers -merge-merge all and flatten

Image-add border-size 5 pixels-colour black

Layer -duplicate-image resize-this layer only -80%

Layer duplicate-image -resize as before just this layer.

Image-rotate-free rotate-this layer only-right 45

Click on your tube-edit copy-edit paste as a new layer on your canvas.

Add a default drop shadow.

Layers- merge visible-resize as you wish

Add a new layer for text and your watermark.
