We only had 2 hours in Ripon and spent almost all that time in Cathedral. Link here. It is a wonderful building and there has been a church on that site since 600a.d

Every Thursday there is a music concert performed by students from Leeds University. The concert didn't start until after we left Ripon but I did chat to the lecturer about the concerts and the pianist played some beautiful music while we walked around this wonderful place. If you look closely you will see a picture of me, the pianist and the lecturer.
