You will need my tubes here or some of your own similar

The script for the frame is also in the zip file -this is extracted to the scripts restricted and used from the scripts menu .

I do not know where I got the script from originally but I will happy to give credit if it is yours.

Open a new transparent canvas 350 x 500

With selection tool on the triangle setting-draw about five big triangles on your canvas by holding down the shift key as you work. It is ok if some overlap a little but don't have to many.

Click on the flower tube-edit copy-click on canvas and edit-paste into the selections

Select none

Layer duplicate-image mirror-image -flip. Arrange with one to the right and one to the left of the canvas

Layers merge visible

Effects-art media effects-brush strokes default setting

Effects-distortion effects -ripple-settings as in the screenshot

Image-flip.

Adjust-sharpness-sharpen

Add a new layer and flood fill with black or a dark colour of your choice

Layers-arrange-send to the bottom

At this point add a border or frame of your choice. Or use the script if you want a frame like mine.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer

 Layers merge visible.

Resize as you wish-adjust-sharpness-sharpen

Add a new layer for your text.

Layers merge visible and that's the tutorial finished.

Your tag will not look exactly the same as mine or the same as anyone else as it depends on the placing and size of your triangles at the start
