You will need my tube here or one of your own. This was made from a photograph of Rose's roses-thank you Rose

Open a new image 500x 500

Flood fill with a gradient to match the tube-I used 0ne called redeye

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer and duplicate this layer.

Hide the top layer and click on the original

Effects-distortion effects-polar co-ordinates-default setting

Effects-image effects-seamless tiling-default setting

Layers -merge visible

Effects-art media effects-brush strokes-blocky edge preset.

If you haven't this preset the settings are as in the screenshot

Unhide the copied tube layer and arrange towards the bottom right of the canvas

Add a drop shadow setting-H and V 1 -Opacity 100-Blur 5 and colour black

Image-picture frame-add an edge brush effect frame--I used 08 frame

Add the same drop shadow as before.

Arrange the tube so that it is inside the edge frame.

Layers-merge visible

Resize as you wish-adjust-sharpness (if necessary)

Add a new layer for your text

Layers merge visible

That's it finished.
