You will need the tube here-it is one of Noeska's that I have made a little transparent

Eye Candy 3.1 here

Open a new canvas black 500x500

Select all-selections-modify-contract 5-flood fill the middle with a colour from the tube

Selections -modify-contract 5 then floodfill the centre with black.

Effects-plug-ins-Eye Candy 3.1-water drops-acid rain preset or one of your choosing

Select none.

Effects-Illumination effects-sunburt-upper right preset-these settings

Copy and paste the tube as new layer onto the canvas and arrange at the bottom left of the canvas inside the border.

Layers merge visible.

Add new layer for any text and watermark that you may like.

Image resize-maintain original print size-setting Smart size.

Adjust -sharpness-unsharp maks-settings-radius 1 strength 83 clipping 1 luminance unchecked

You can save your tag if you are happy with it or add a frame--this is how to make my frame.

Frame

Image-add boder-size 5-chose a light colour-select the border with your magic wand and flood fill with a gold filling of you choice.

Effects-3d-inner bevel-default setting

With your selection tool on rectangle-select the lips on your tag and copy and paste them as a new image.

In the foreground box of the material palette click on pattern then look for the lips-angle 0-scale 50

Image-add border -size 35-and a light colour-click on this with magic wand to select then flood fill with the lips pattern

Effects-artistic effects-halftone-default setting

Repeat the size 5 gold border as before

Then add a size 5 black border to finish it off.

Resize on smart size and sharpen with the unsharp mask.
