You will need my tube here or one of your own about 350 x 500

Duplicate tube by clicking on it then going to window-duplicate - minimise for later

Work on the tube

Effects-geometric effects-perspective horizontal-default setting but change the colour to white

Effects-artistic effects-chrome-default setting

Add a new layer and flood fill it with a gradient to match the tube-style-radiant-setting horizontal and vertical 1

Adjust-one stop photo fix-adjust-sharpness -sharpen-keep repeating the sharpen until you are happy with the effect. I did it three times for mine

Layers arrange-send to the bottom

Maximise the tube you minimised earlier and resize it to 85%.

Image mirror.

Copy and paste as a new layer onto the tag-bring this layer to the top and arrange as you wish.

Add a drop shadow of youR choice- I used the default drop shadow and then repeated it after changing the horizontal and vertical to -10(minus)

When you are happy add a size 5 black border and resize as you wish. Adjust -sharpness -sharpen

Add a new layer for your text.
