Triangle Card

Not sure what name to give to this card really-I made the template and thought I would share it with you and also have taken some pictures as I made it for those who might not know how it was done. Template-save to your computer-print out on ordinary paper to fill an A4 size page-do not cut out yet

I used plain card and a sheet of A4 backing paper-put a small piece of double sided tape in all corners of both pieces. If you use patterned card then still put tape into each corner.

Take the template page and using the little bits of tape at the corners fasten all the layers you are using together-then cut them all out together following the template-it is just four straight lines so very easy. Put the template to one side and stick the card and paper together if you are using the two as I did.

When your patterned shape is ready-place the template over the top of it--you can use a bit of blue tack or some little pegs around the edge if you want to be sure it stays in place. Make a grove down the four dotted lines. I used my scoring board but you will have your own way of doing scoring I'm sure.

Now all you have to do is decorate it as you wish

It stands up well and will fit into a 6 x 6 envelope when folded to send
