For those who have difficulty cutting out the shapes for decoupage I have done a mock decoupage topper also it doesn't take up a lot of room in an envelope and will go for just an ordinary stamp if you keep the card to the right width. Also a topper you can add peel-offs to or your own text if you have a paint programme
